BOOT CAMP
Jamie is offering a Boot Camp-style full body conditioning class! Using body weight and resistance tubing, you will work your entire body in a 60-minute session. Exercises have been chosen to increase strength and power functionally. Come participate in a group class that will push you to your limits!
