Jamie is offering FAT BURN!, a 60-minute high-energy full body conditioning class! Using body weight and resistance tubing, you will work your entire body in a 60-minute session while keeping your heart rate up. Exercises have been chosen to increase strength and power functionally. Come participate in a group class that will push you to your limits!
